Located in Bukit Panjang New Town, Zhenghua CC is situated near Segar LRT station. It is co-located with the Bukit Panjang Neighbourhood Police Centre.

To reach out to youths, the CC has a corner on the fourth floor which offers youths a place to interact, express themselves, and get connected with the community.The CC encourages active ageing through lifelong learning and wellness programmes.Fans of archery can join in the exclusive Archery courses, which are conducted at the CC’s very own indoor Archery range.
